The book explains the menu options in Google Analytics. Nothing more. If you can not understand the menu options to Google Analytics, perhaps you should look into another line of work. Rating: 1 / 5

Overall, this book does a good job of covering the topic, but I expected more of a reference manual on the use of Google Analytics. Rating: 3 / 5

New technologies such as Google Analytics has been changing so fast. I bought the third edition of this book, among a group of three or four books on this subject because it was the latest version. A second consideration for me is that I wanted a specific book with Google Analytics, instead of a book focusing on the broader topic of web analytics. I wanted a book about the important features of this tool without additional reading a 300-page book provides an analysis théorie.Ce quick start guide and reference to Google Analytics, but also has some minor flaws. Coverage of advanced applications of Google Analytics is good. Provides clear examples of how to use all the features of Google Analytics, and puts all these features in a wider context. The book is both a model for creating your web analytics tool and a reference, you can return later. This larger context of setting up your Google Analytics program first is what makes this book worth buying. There are many topics on the web using Google Analytics, but you do not get a good guide for an overview of how to configure your analysis program a lot of disparate subjects scattered around the Internet. This new edition is flawed. Especially in the first third of the book, some topics are not very well written. For example, in the introductory section of the book, comparing Google Analytics to analyze files, some of what is said seems to be erroneous, and information about setting up your tracking code is a bit outdated. Minor problems, but worse than what one would expect in an online book publié.Bottom serves the purpose of an introduction and guide to Google Analytics. I use it. Rating: 4 / 5
