Full Disclosure first: I was the technology editor for livre.Les authors have done an excellent job of introducing some of the best tools that Google has made available to the public free of charge. I must admit I thought there was no way that could get me out of my Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), but I am a convert maintenant.Les book covers: * Gmail – Google’s email application, and I’m 100 % changed to this day .* The documents – Word document Applications that use this time to collaborate on a writing project with 2 other authors .* Google Spreadsheets – the spreadsheet, without surprise, gives Microsoft Excel a run for its money * Google Presentations – a lawsuit similar to the PowerPoint slideshow * Google Page Creator – a tool for designing Web pages * Calendar – a complete schedule complete line can be shared with others or confidential * Plus – coverage of the cat and manage their Google Apps account, file manipulation, etcPour I use Google Gmail, Google Calendar and Spreadsheets only. We still need Word occasionally, but with the ability to import and export to and from Google Documents, I have not really had any major problems, but with that and get viennent.Une Warning – Google Apps is constantly updated, the development team seems out Google Apps updates and new features almost every week or month, then use the book as an introduction, but do not be surprised if there are undocumented features that are not addressed in the book – probably not is the fault of the author, because they can not predict every new fonctionnalité.Recommandation – Try Gmail and Calendar first. . . and documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Once you’re comfortable using Gmail and Calendar, you begin to understand how good all data available on any Internet-connected PC. I’m actually able to leave my laptop home when visiting family because you can use your PC to access my email, calendar and most of my documents travail.Favoris feature: the ability to text messages to my Google Calendar with a calendar appointment and automatically updates. Also, I configured two messages reminders: 1 text message, a week before the event, and 1 SMS yesterday. All covered in livre.Rating: 5 / 5
