mrbrdo January 9, 2011 at 6:28 pm: @trounds2 ehm… they search the whole content of the page. the exact “formula” is very complicated and differs for different search engines. but the meta keyword is usually ignored because it has been abused. title is probably the only tag in health that probably has some relevance to google. meta description i think, regarding importance, is same as regular text on the page. but meta keywords will not help you for sure. well formed HTML will help most.
